Moving G Code Programs to the HAAS
Transferring a file from CNC Workstation to Haas.
From HAAS
- LIST PROGRAMS
- Move cursor to ALL
- REC RS232. You should get a WAITING response...
From the Workstation
- Make sure cable is plugged into USB.
- Start Terraterm.
- Upon start a dialog box will show.
- Select Setup/Serial Port. It should default to appropriate COM PORT.
- Select FILE/Transfer/XMODEM/Send
- Select .nc file to send.
DONE
Go to HAAS and select program and EDIT to make sure it came over OK.
