== Bylaws ==
Rewrite the bylaws and standing rules for readability and correctness.
The current rules are contradictory, less strict than Michigan law requires, hard to read, *and* not in line with how we actually operate.


Meets on first Wednesday of the month at 19:06 at https://www.i3detroit.org/hangout or maybe in person, ask on slack either way cause sometimes we don't 
meet and forget to mention it anywhere.

* Requirements to be a member:
