  2. Add a section on common practices
    • e.g. managing board votes
    • redaction?
  3. Figure out wiki permissions and add to list of secretarial documents, make a password protected wiki page that records computer system keyholders

Future Requests to Changes to Bylaws and Standing Rules

    • Allow notice of special meetings to board or members via email. This not currently one of the options.
