We should talk about what additional committees we should have. A few off the top of my head nevermind the names or the groupings but a group of people need to the goto people that handle these things.
internal IT team - responsible to keep systems working an secure. Maintain backups, receive and respond to emails of issues
Operations - responsible for the heavy equipment and space maintenance - schedule and record whose on duty to sweep floors and check the tools or abuse to excessive wear and tear, replace broken parts
humanities - food stuffs and toiletries
HR - record abuses, rule breaking, harassment, etc... they'll record and if need be investigate such issues and alert the community if there is a problem member.
