- Bradley - has come for potlock, game nights, is here to check out the meeting
- Gary - is a former Tech Shop member, his background is electrical engineering/computer science
New Business
Announcements
- Mannsers: Self Care and Kit Care - Thursdays 7pm, $40 for 4 weeks. Talk to Jen N if interested
- A Budgeting class will be upcoming
- Anyone with class ideas, especially things like "essential skills from your favorite zone", talk to Jen
- Another resin painting class will be coming soon
- James: i3 Demo Days will be coming in Jan/Feb. Public event on Saturday afternoons, small demos/make and takes, etc.
Zone updates
Laser Zone
- Both lasers had some parts replaced/repaired and are now fully up and running
Space Project Updates
IoT Stuff
Mark has an update on the IoT upgrades
- A lot of what we're doing is in preparation expansion so running new light switches and stuff isn't such a pain.
- Soon there will be 'Shutdown Button' to turn everything off before you leave
- Networked thermostats are planned
- Mark and Nate are working on a new keypad system to eventually replace the current one with
SIGs
i3 MotorSports
- #3 refurbishment in process.
- Next meeting for new car on December 4, 2017 at 7PM.
