- Mike will contact the zone coordinators and coordinate a review of zone covid policies.

Allowing Minors in the space

Background

Some people want to use the space to work on projects with their kids, which supports our mission as an organization
Minors are not explicitly prohibited in the Executive Orders we're following
Minors were recommended against by the lawyer we consulted in the spring. However that was most likely a recommendation for the first round of opening and may not apply more long-term.
This would increase i3's risk of not being able to follow all Covid-related rules/laws by some amount
2 board members are strongly opposed to this idea for liability reasons. (The other 5 board members are either ambivalent or for the idea)

Hosts are responsible for making sure their guests understand and follow all applicable rules including this COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan. For children aged 10 and above:

3.1 They must be accompanied and supervised at all times by their parent or guardian.
3.2 Their parent or guardian must sign a Youth Waiver on their behalf.
3.3 Each member may host no more than two children as guests.

Form a Covid Policy Committee for the purpose of revising the i3 Covid 19 Preparedness and Response Plan in accordance with current laws and membership needs, chaired by the President.

Committee meetings will occur from time to time by Google Hangouts and will be announced on the mailing list.
Committee discussion will also be in #covid-19-policy on Slack
The committee will report to the membership with any recommended rule amendments

User:Pajamapuma started a page about how to modify Robert's Rules for i3.

Next steps: Continue to figure out how to cut down the robert's rules procedural bullshit till it fits what we might actually be willing to do. Alternately, find a new set of rules but that seems hard.
