Camera Policy Allow Still Images

Proposal:
Edit the Security Camera Policy with the following:

Remove from 5. Request to View Historical Footage

• Non-video or image information from the viewing will be distributed to appropriate members as deemed necessary by the requesting member(s) only.

and add to 6. Other Rules

• The Infrastructure ZC/delegate and board members may use still images from the cameras for reasonable purposes like the Security_Cameras#Camera_Locations page.

We have been and need to continue doing this so the rules should be changed to match reality.

Camera Policy Changing Cameras

Proposal:
Edit the Security Camera Policy with the following:

Change 3. Camera Location and Positioning to remove the word "majority".

Context
There's no reason to have special rules for this, and right now it's especially inconvenient while we're making lots of changes around the expansion. Also we forgot to do this last month, because no one remembered this was the rule.

Camera Policy Supervision of Real-Time Camera Access

Proposal:
Edit the Security Camera Policy with the following:

Under 4. Real-Time Camera Access, change "board member/zone coordinator" to "board member or infrastructure coordinator and their delegate(s)".
Context
This part of the rules is just to allow members to get a live feed to check that the posted wiki pictures are correct.

Officers and zone coordinators don't necessarily have the access to do this, so we shouldn't tell members to ask them about it.

Context
During COVID we explicitly allowed remote viewing and this has made it easier for our volunteers to do their jobs. Requiring people to do their work in a specific physical location for no reason is dumb.
