• Please show up early if you are concerned about your audio.
• If there is no one waiting to speak feel free to do so at the next opportunity.
• If there is someone waiting to speak, please say that you are raising your hand in the google call chat. (This will be demonstrated)
• Please refrain from other side conversations, these can be distracting for the rest of the meeting and make it difficult for the chair to keep track of what's going on.

• Some members called a halt to everything to be pedantic about having to take minutes
• i3Detroit has no secretary
• Found someone to take minutes who insisted on hand-writing everything that happened already instead of just starting now
• I (Matt) went and got some new members who were making something in the space
• Minutes-taker asked that the new members stand there with their thumb up their butts until hand-written minutes are caught up
• A couple of minutes of awkward silence while I (Matt) went "really? ... really?"
• They left, we don't even know what their names are
• Paper minutes were handed off to me (Matt) to transcribe to this wiki
• Really my fault because I was leading the meeting and should have just not honored the request for silence and if they don't want to take minutes, then we don't have them
• Let's just not have minutes if this happens again, if we aren't even voting on anything
