Expansion Zone

Tasks

  • replace pushmatic breaker 8A in wood shop panel with one from back stock
  • Remove only the broken glass from dividing wall (Frank will be taking the frames and unbroken panes later for an art project
  • Emergency exit lights do not work
  • Remove gauge on treehouse with broken glass
  • Replace wood flooring in office overhead
  • Fix outlet hanging by wires
  • Replace missing acoustic tiles in office area
  • Remove PVC pipes through wall and fill with expanding foam
  • Remove all unused water pipes from i3 (A mezzanine, wood shop, B back wall, B over power inlet)
  • Remove rod stock from B ceiling
  • Re-key front, back, and middle doors on B side to comply with side door that we and the landlord have keys to
  • Re-key mailbox on B side
  • Remove mailbox on A side and make a sign to point mail carrier to B side
  • Repair wiring to doorbell on B side
  • Run network to B side
  • Close up hole between Mezzanines
  • Remove "intercom" boxes and wiring from B side
  • Re-paint keepouts on A side around breaker panels
  • Paint keepouts on B side around breaker panels
  • Trace all light switches, outlets, and breaker panels on B side and label them
  • Trace all light switches, outlets, and breaker panels on A side and label them
  • Run cabling and set up security cameras for B side
  • Remove and cover over bladeless ceiling fans on B side
  • Add colored rolling trash can for Deposit only glass
  • Investigate issue with network jacks on e-lab/craft room wall
  • Investigate outlets on e-lab/craft room wall
  • Hoist down and diagnose fan motor in machine shop (wall exhaust fan)
  • Re-fit all light fixtures on B side using only available parts (no purchase of tubes, ballasts, or fluorescent fixtures will be reimbursed under any circumstances), discard broken ones.
  • Fill gaps between our side and landlord's section of the building
  • Determine how to meter landlord's power and gas consumption
  • Uncover ceiling vent fan and assess (cover back up after because it's winter)
  • Move lights either above the gantry crane's path or otherwise out of the path
  • Clean bathroom on B side
  • Clean all windows
  • Remove vinyl from doors
  • Reinstall front parking barrier on B side
  • Make vinyl for doors indicating hat people should enter on A side
  • Gravel and re-grade behind building
  • Install downspouts and secure already present ones
  • Remove broken concrete and other detritus behind building
  • Remove dead tree bits from rear fence
  • Clean and seal around wood shop window for water ingress
  • Remove, clean, and replace garage door buttons (they are very touchy)
  • Take all e-waste to recycling center (bad florescent tubes included)
  • Clean mold from everything
  • Clean floor before painting keepouts
