Zone Funds
Reimbursement Requests
- Use the Reimbursement Request Form to request a reimbursement.
- All requests require approval from a coordinator or officer.
- All requests must have an itemized receipt showing what was purchased, how much was paid, the name of the seller, and the date. If you submit an order or invoice, it must show a zero balance (i.e., that you paid it).
- Reimbursements are done approximately monthly. If you need reimbursement faster than that, please mention that in #ask-the-treasurer on Slack.
- Contact treasurer if you have any questions.
There's also an emergency repair fund that can be used by any zone coordinator with prior board approval. Treasurer has the final approval of any requests, and the requests are fulfilled by first come, first served. If an emergency repair need comes up after the fund is exhausted, the board will need to approve replenishing the fund or allocating money for that request.
Zone Balances
This is the currently available funds, aka The Budget, for each Zone, as of the date listed below.
Use the PayPal button on each zone page to donate or contribute to that zone in the cash box in each zone.
- As of EOY24 all remaining historical budgets and expansion allocations have been removed. However, adjustments have been made, typically to reflect credits for zone expenditures pre-2025 where expansion or zone budgets existed and ZC's understood they had budget approvals.
- The Balance 3Q25 column reflects the amount available to ZC's without further BOD approvals and consists of pre-FY24 carryforwards, FY25 approved budgets, zone contributions less zone expenses.
- 2025 Approved Budgets. Complete buildouts of Sewing and Elab. Repair of roof vent $500. First aid kit $218 and AED $2450
- Net Change 3Q25. Total of direct contributions, class income, zone expenses and class expenses for 2Q25.
- Note that if you have a negative balance, no further purchases can be made until additional funding is provided (i.e., direct contributions or budget approvals). Requests for payments without funding will be denied.
