2017 i3 Detroit Budget Meeting - Instructions to Zone Wardens

The meeting will be on Sat Dec 3, 12noon - 4PM, catered.

All zone wardens please input your initial budget requests and on Saturday the Board will whittle them down to what we can afford. Please be at the budget meeting if you can, as the Board will whittle the numbers down and you need to let them know why they shouldn't whittle on yours.


Expenditures are grouped into 3 categories.


CONSUMABLES

These are items like sandpaper, that get used up and replaced from zone stock. If you collect $$ for your zone, this number should represent the monies you need in excess of the amount collected in your cash box. (Laser Zone is exception). Please give one number representing the entire year's expenditures. Do not give details of what you are buying.


SMALL TOOLS

This is for any tool <$200. Please give one number representing the entire year's expenditures. Do not give details of what you are buying.

LARGE TOOLS

This is for any single tool that costs more than $200. Please give an itemized list of each tool and its cost. Also please place each tool's expenditure in one of the four calendar quarters (Q1-Q4).
