Template:MinutesHeader
Combination of a message box (the old Template:MinutesNotice) and a title header thing with the date. The title header magically changes from "Agenda" to "Minutes" after the minutes are completed, which is a totally necessary reason to make a new template.
Refer to Template:Ambox for the list of types, which is the colour/image available.
