Wood Shop
A brief note from T_Tusano to the Membership
I have used Laguna and the brands below in the following examples to give a frame of reference for the types and styles of machines we are looking for, and while I am not brand loyal to Laguna in particular, I do appreciate their charitable initiatives and sponsorship opportunities. Given this, For now, the wishlist is for Laguna tools. Should someone have a suggestion for another brand, or a used machine, Please feel free to make the proposal, I will be more than happy to pro-con out other machines with those who feel there are more suitable machines for our shop. I mean it, I want to hear back from our membership on what they feel suits i3's needs, and I have no intention to be a tyrant, but rather treat our members as vocal and caring constituents. I have also posted Youtube Videos next to the suggested Shop Improvements, such as the Miter Stations and Workbenches in the hopes that they will inspire others to help me design the shop with these inspirations in mind, or get inspired to suggest their own improvements or bespoke solutions for i3
