What does everyone think of our current communication methods?
Show of hands: who knew we had a "Board/Leadership + Members Meet n Greet" last Monday? (29th)
Thoughts on cleaning up the billboard right by the front door and making it usable for space updates + activity?
- Could have different focus sections -- upcoming classes & events, i3 & Zone updates, a suggestion box or donation box... maybe a section for members to advertise something they're working on or request help
- Can be cleaned up / reviewed each member meeting (or board meeting, for suggestion box)
- What would we do with all the photos there currently? Another billboard, hang them up somewhere (rope/ribbon + clothespins)?

Got business card holders / index card holders (for yellow tags / name cards) put on the lockers and more of the storage plots by the laser zone the other week!
Reminder that you need to put a parking permit on anything you are leaving for a nonzero amount of time, and that you should not be leaving things on the tables in Commons / Classroom
